Key West is absolute paradise. I've been here many times, but M. hasn't. It was a joy to show him around.
Sites we saw: Customs House, toured the lighthouse, Hemingway House, Fort Zachary, Higgs Beach, White Street Pier, Tropic Cinema (we saw Lincoln).

Places we ate: The Vegetarian Cafe (below), Help Yourself Cafe, BadBoyBurrito, Conch Republic Seafood Company (also 2-for-1 happy hour drinks), Roostica (on Stock Island), 5 Brothers Sandwich Shop (amazing Cuban bread), some Key lime pie!
It was a vegan sausage quesadilla. So amazing!
Places we drank: Conch Seafood Company, El Meson de Pepe, Sloppy Joe's, Captain Tony's, The Green Parrot, Sunset Pier Bar, and Gran Vin Wine Bar.
